2. What we process

When you submit the contact form we process what you enter: name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. We also record which language the form was sent in.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, including IP address, timestamp and the page requested. This is necessary to operate and secure the site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Information from the contact form is used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the consent you give when you tick the box and submit the form, cf. GDPR article 6(1)(a).

Server logs and measures against automated abuse rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protecting it from spam, cf. article 6(1)(f).

4. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use the following processors:

• Resend – delivers the enquiry email to us. Processed in the EU (Ireland).
• Cloudflare – provides “Turnstile”, which tells people from bots on the contact form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser while you are on the contact page.
• Netlify – hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Sanity – stores the site’s content and delivers images and video to your browser.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Email from the contact form is processed within the EU. Cloudflare, Netlify and Sanity also operate outside the EEA, and data may be processed there. Such transfers rest on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Your enquiry stays in our mailbox while it is being handled and is deleted once the matter is closed – at the latest after 24 months. Server logs are deleted by the provider after a short period.

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. We use no analytics, tracking or marketing tools.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, and ask to receive the data in a machine-readable format.

Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
